The Survivor Representation Project (SRP) – so named because it is the intent of the project to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault as they truly become survivors – based out of the Union County Family Justice Center (FJC), currently provides consultations as well as full and limited scope legal representation for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault on their immigration cases in the form of humanitarian relief limited to U and T Visas and VAWA petitions. In the near future, the project will expand to provide victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with consultations, limited scope and full representation on their restraining order and related child support and child custody matters.
Those interested in receiving services from the SRP should call the Family Justice Center at 908-527-4980.
